Terms of Service

These Terms of Service (“Terms”) govern your use of paramika.com and shop.paramika.com (the “Site”) and your purchases from Paramika LLC (“Paramika”, “we”, “us”), a Wyoming limited liability company at 1603 Capitol Ave Ste 413 E397, Cheyenne, WY 82001, USA. By using the Site or placing an order you agree to these Terms, our Privacy Policy, Shipping Policy and Refund Policy.

1. Eligibility

You must be at least 18 years old, or the age of majority where you live, to buy from us. You agree to provide accurate, current and complete information when ordering.

2. Products and information

We sell natural food products and dietary supplements, including pine nuts, pine nut flour and flakes, Ivan tea and shilajit. We make reasonable efforts to describe products accurately, but photographs are illustrative, natural products vary from batch to batch, and we do not guarantee that descriptions, nutrition information or other content are error-free. We may limit quantities, discontinue products or correct errors at any time.

Dietary supplement disclaimer. Statements on this Site about shilajit and other supplements have not been evaluated by the Food and Drug Administration. These products are not intended to diagnose, treat, cure or prevent any disease. Consult your physician before use if you are pregnant, nursing, have a medical condition or take medication. Keep out of reach of children.

Allergens. Pine nuts are tree nuts. Our products may be processed in facilities that also handle other nuts and seeds. Read labels before consuming.

California Proposition 65. Some natural products, including shilajit resin and certain plant-based foods, can expose you to chemicals such as lead that are known to the State of California to cause cancer, birth defects or other reproductive harm. 3. Orders, pricing and payment

Prices are in US dollars and exclude taxes and shipping, which are calculated at checkout. We may refuse or cancel any order, including for suspected fraud, pricing errors or stock problems; if we cancel after payment we refund in full. Payment is processed by Shopify Payments, PayPal or other providers shown at checkout; we do not store your full card number. By placing an order you authorize us to charge the payment method you provide.

4. Shipping and risk of loss

We ship within the United States from US warehouses and to selected other countries. Delivery estimates are not guarantees. Risk of loss passes to you when the carrier accepts the package; we will help resolve lost or damaged shipments as described in the Shipping Policy.

5. Returns and refunds

Returns, exchanges and refunds are governed by the Refund Policy. Because our products are foods, opened items cannot be returned unless defective.

6. Accounts and communications

You are responsible for keeping your account credentials confidential. By subscribing to our newsletter or providing a phone number you consent to receive marketing messages; you can unsubscribe at any time using the link in each email or by contacting us. Order and shipping notifications are transactional and will be sent regardless.

7. Reviews and user content

Reviews and other content you submit must be truthful, your own and free of unlawful or offensive material. You grant Paramika a non-exclusive, royalty-free, perpetual license to use, reproduce and display such content in connection with the Site and our marketing. We may remove content at our discretion.

8. Intellectual property

The Site, its text, images, logos, photographs and design are owned by Paramika LLC or its licensors and protected by copyright and trademark law. You may not copy, reproduce or exploit them without our written permission, except for personal, non-commercial browsing.

9. Prohibited uses

You may not use the Site for any unlawful purpose, to scrape or harvest data at scale without permission, to interfere with its operation or security, to infringe others’ rights, or to submit false or misleading information.

10. Third-party services

Checkout, payments, shipping and some content are provided by third parties (Shopify, PayPal, carriers, Amazon fulfillment). Their terms and privacy practices apply to their services. We are not responsible for third-party websites linked from the Site.

11. Disclaimer of warranties

Except as expressly stated, the Site and products are provided “as is” and “as available” without warranties of any kind, express or implied, including merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose and non-infringement, to the extent permitted by law. Some states do not allow the exclusion of implied warranties, so some of the above may not apply to you.

12. Limitation of liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, Paramika LLC and its members, officers, employees and suppliers are not liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential or punitive damages arising from your use of the Site or products. Our total liability for any claim relating to an order is limited to the amount you paid for that order. Some states do not allow these limitations, so they may not apply to you.

13. Indemnification

You agree to indemnify and hold harmless Paramika LLC from claims, damages and expenses, including reasonable attorneys’ fees, arising from your breach of these Terms or misuse of the Site.

14. Governing law and disputes

These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Wyoming and applicable US federal law, without regard to conflict-of-law rules. Before filing a claim you agree to contact us at paramika@proton.me and try to resolve the dispute informally within 30 days. Any dispute not resolved informally will be brought in the state or federal courts located in Laramie County, Wyoming, and you consent to their jurisdiction, except that either party may seek relief in small claims court or injunctive relief for intellectual property violations in any court of competent jurisdiction.

15. Changes and severability

We may update these Terms at any time by posting a new version with a new “Last updated” date. Continued use of the Site after changes means you accept them. If any provision is held unenforceable, the remaining provisions remain in effect.
