Delivery & shipping

Every order ships from warehouses in the United States, so most packages arrive within a week with tracking.

How your order ships

    Order confirmed

    You get an order confirmation email right away. Shipping and taxes are shown at checkout before you pay.

    Packed in a US warehouse

    Within 1 to 3 business days your order is picked, packed and handed to the carrier.

    Shipped with tracking

    A shipping email with the tracking number follows; tracking can take up to 48 hours to update.

    Delivered

    Standard delivery takes 2 to 5 business days in the US. Questions? Email us with the order number.

International shipping

We ship to selected countries listed at checkout. Rates are calculated at checkout and delivery takes 8 to 21 business days after processing. Import duties and taxes are not included and are paid by the recipient. Some food products may be restricted by local customs rules.

Address changes

Email paramika@proton.me with your order number as soon as possible. We can change the address until the order is handed to the carrier.

Lost, delayed or damaged packages

If tracking shows no movement for 7 business days (US) or 25 business days (international), or the package arrives damaged, send us your order number and photos. We open a claim with the carrier and send a replacement or refund.

Returns

Unopened products can be returned within 30 days of delivery. Opened food and supplements cannot be returned unless defective. See the Refund Policy for details.
