Orders & shipping
Where do orders ship from?
All orders ship from warehouses in the United States. Processing takes 1 to 3 business days and standard US delivery 2 to 5 business days after that, with tracking. See the delivery page.
Is shipping free?
Standard shipping is free on US orders over $49. Below that, the rate is calculated and shown at checkout before you pay.
Do you ship internationally?
Yes, to selected countries listed at checkout. Delivery takes 8 to 21 business days after processing; import duties and taxes are paid by the recipient.
How do I track my order?
You receive a shipping email with a tracking link as soon as the package leaves the warehouse. Tracking can take up to 48 hours to update.
What is your return policy?
Unopened products can be returned within 30 days of delivery. Opened food and supplements cannot be returned unless defective or damaged. Full terms are in the refund policy.

Where do your pine nuts come from?
From wild Siberian pine forests in the Altai region. The cones are collected by hand in autumn, dried and processed in small batches, then vacuum-packed. Nothing is farmed or treated.
How should I store pine nuts?
Keep the vacuum pack sealed in a cool, dark place. After opening, store the nuts in an airtight container in the refrigerator (up to 3 months) or freezer (up to a year). Read our storage guide.
Is Ivan tea caffeine-free?
Yes. Ivan tea is made from fermented fireweed leaves (Chamaenerion angustifolium), a plant that contains no caffeine. It can be enjoyed in the evening or by people who avoid caffeine.
What is shilajit and how do I take it?
Shilajit (mumijo) is a mineral-rich resin that seeps from rocks in high mountains. Ours is purified Altai resin without fillers. A typical serving is a pea-sized amount (about 300 mg) dissolved in warm water or tea once a day. Consult your physician if you are pregnant, nursing or taking medication. Statements about supplements have not been evaluated by the FDA.
Are your products tested?
Every batch is inspected and sorted before packing. Batch documentation is available on request for wholesale customers. California customers: see the Proposition 65 notice on product pages where it applies.
